What this site collects

When you send an inquiry or reserve volunteer spots, Yogarden receives the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, selected date, group size, and message. The newsletter signup collects your email address.

This website does not currently collect payment-card information. Any future checkout provider will show its own terms and privacy information before payment.

How it is used

Information is used to answer questions, coordinate farm visits, manage volunteer reservations, send reservation reminders, and—when you join the newsletter—send occasional Yogarden updates. It is not used by Yogarden to sell your personal information.

Services and records

Form information may be processed and stored in Yogarden’s customer-relationship system, GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, the volunteer reservation database, the email service used for confirmations and reminders, and by the services that host and protect this website. Those providers may process technical information such as an IP address to deliver and secure the site.

Yogarden keeps information only as long as it is useful for these purposes or required for legitimate business and legal records.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe using the option included in a newsletter email. To ask what information Yogarden has about you, correct it, or request deletion, message @yogardenhawaii on Instagram ↗.
